Where do we Depart?
The ship is departing from the Port of Long Beach near the Queen Mary.
What Time do we Board the Ship?
The ship will be ready to be boarded around 12 O'clock noon pst.
What time do we depart?
The Ship will leave port at around 5:30 pm PST.
What Happen if I miss the ship?
The ship will not wait for anyone. If you miss the ship then you can either catch it at Ensenada on Saturday and board it from there. We will be in the Ocean all day on Sunday where we will be holding our workshops.
Do I get my money back if I miss the ship?
No.
What if I decided I cannot make the trip and want to cancel?
If you are cancelling 7 days prior to the departure, the ship will keep 100% of your total fare.
If cancelling within 30 days of departure, you will lose 50% to 75% of you total fare.
If cancelling with more than 30 days prior to the departure then you will receive 100% of your total fare.
When do I receive my packet?
First when we receive your full payment, and the ship release your booking number, we will forward them to you and you can register via the internet. Next when we receive the boarding package from the ship, we are going to held a pre-cruise party to hand out all the packages.
